115 oz jarClassico Alfredo Sauce(I prefer the four cheese)
2Medium Size Chicken Breasts
1jarJerk Seasoning
1lb boxAngel Hair Pasta(I only use about 1/3 of the box)
Instructions
Gather your ingredients
Trim your 2 chicken breasts and sprinkle with jerk seasoning. I coat both sides entirely. Then use your preferred grilling method to cook the chicken. (I use my George Foreman grill. 4 minutes - flip - 4 more minutes). When chicken is done cooking, cut into small bite-size pieces.
Cook the Margaritaville shrimp according to package directions. (sauté over medium-high heat, 10 minutes).
When shrimp is fully cooked, add entire 15 oz. jar of alfredo sauce, and your diced chicken. Stir and let simmer on low while you prepare the pasta.
Cook the pasta according to package directions. (I only use about 1/3 of the package. It all depends on what kind of pasta to sauce ratio you prefer).
Serve the chicken and shrimp alfredo mixture over the pasta, and enjoy!
Notes
Variation: if you are not into jerk flavor, you can use Margaritaville Sunset Shrimp Scampi instead of the Jammin' Jerk shrimp, and use whatever seasoning you like on the chicken. The Scampi has the same type of coating that the Jerk shrimp does, with a different flavor... so the end result will be the same consistency. You can also use whatever pasta you prefer. I have made the same dish with penne pasta several times. And finally... I like to serve this with a Red Lobster biscuit (the box mix). Have you tried this recipe? Any variations or suggestions? Let me know in the comments!
