Jalapeno & Bacon Deviled Eggs

It’s Jalapeno egg time! If you are making this for a big crowd, be sure to double it. You can use a food processor to mix the egg yolks if you prefer. It will give you a smoother texture when you add the mayonnaise, but since these loaded eggs have a “chunkier” consistency with the bacon and jalapeno, I find that a fork works just fine. Also it should be noted, I never measure the mayo , bacon, or Slap Ya Mama. This is truly one of those “add it until it looks/tastes” right. So the listed measurements are approximate. Start low and go from there!
