Homemade Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 28 oz Canned Whole Plum Tomatoes (do not drain)
- 1 White Onion (medium to large)
- 2 Jalapeno Peppers (leave the seeds in for extra spice)
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro (about a cup - just the leaves)
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 3 Tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions
- Add the plum tomatoes to a blender and pulse until all is liquid.
- Chop the Onion, Jalapeno, and Cilantro into large pieces. Add to blender and pulse a few times.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (all the spices) and pulse the blender a few times (or until your preferred salsa "chunkiness" is achieved).
- Refrigerate overnight for FULL flavor.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
