This is a simple one-pan meal (yay for easy cleanup!) that requires very little prep. It’s great for weeknights! While you don’t “need” a side with this dish (since it already has meat, potatoes, and veggies), I often pair it with cheese grits. There is something about the 2 flavors I just love together! Ingredients
- 1 13 oz pkg Smoked Sausage fully cooked - I like Hillshire Farms
- 1 24 oz bag Bite-Size potatoes
- 2 14.5 oz cans Green Beans (cut)
- 2 15.25 oz cans Whole Kernel Corn
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1½ tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ¾ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 6 Tbsp Butter (stick butter - easier to distribute evenly)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F
- Slice the sausage into small bite-size pieces and add to greased 9x13 pan.
- Slice the potatoes into halves and add to 9x13 pan.
- Drain both cans of green beans and add to pan.
- Drain both cans of corn and add to pan.
- Mix all of the spices in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the ingredients in the 9x13 pan.
- Give all of the ingredients and spices a good stir in the pan so that they are evenly distributed.
- Add the 6 Tbsp of butter on top of the dish, spaced out evenly.
- Cover 9x13 dish with tin foil and cook at 400 for 45 minutes.
